feathers
Partied with Peter Strauss last night. Slept well.
Mary got up this morning with a mysterious pain on the side of her right leg just below the knee. Nothing seems to help it.
There was a big to-do at St. John's today. According to Mary, a heated exchange took place between its irascible pastor and several of his Hispanic parishioners. One of the latter turned an announcement into a speech and the padre was very offensive in the way he cut her off. After services, Mary got folks together and managed to unruffle a few feathers.
Kroger rotisserie chicken, potato salad, arepa and avocado for lunch.
Humberto, Blanca and their grandson Christian dropped by. They were in town to see about an offer on their lot. Could really use the cash.
While Mary and I were watching episodes of 24, Chad came for a visit. I suspected he wanted to surf naughty sites on the internet. He left soon after I shooed him away from my computer. I don't need another virus.
Daughter-in-law Sandra called from Orlando and talked a good while with Mary. She's been tending part time to two elderly sisters. Would like to make it full time. Old ladies love Sandra, and Sandra them.
47.9 °F, clear.

I hope the pain at her leg has gone ,now.

Well, I hope Mary's pain goes away quickly. I'm always baffled at how mysterious pains can sometimes arise from out of nowhere.
