breaking out
Mary feeling a good deal better. Only a nasty cough remains.
The Pacesaver was on its best behavior all day.
We deposited checks at First Farmers, then lunched at Sonic. Grilled Asiago Chicken sandwiches. A mess to eat, but pretty good.

Prohibited shot. Don't look.
Before shopping for groceries at Walmart, we bought two Lantana plants in the garden center. I think I spotted Maricruz whizzing by.Quick stop at Kroger.

Marcelino, tools ready.
Mary was putting up the groceries, when Marcelino drove up. He installed a larger doorknob assembly in the office-garage door. $30.While he was busy, I noticed the iris were beginning to show color and the daffodils had begun to head out.

First color.

Iris, Sony Watercolor effect.
In fact, spring is breaking out all over.
Hickory: bursting forth.
The weather was fine. I spent some time at the outpost. Not as much as I wanted, but it was getting late and I had things to do before tonight's "party". (If Mary is agreeable.)
Cedar viewed at the outpost: Sony Toy Camera Green effect.
A noisy thunderstorm just passed through, temporarily depriving Mary of her DirecTV. I hope the tomato plants appreciated it.121 lbs.
65.2 °F, overcast. (835 Yell Rd 1/8 mile S downtown)

Iris are my very favorite flowers ~ so elegant and graceful ~ stunning gems of spring ~
Spring has been out there all along! Beautiful shots!
Beautiful shot of the iris bud!
Grilled Asiago Chicken Sandwich. Oooo that sounds good. Too bad there aren't Sonics anywhere remotely close to me
Love the photos of the flowers and flowering trees... I'm glad Mary is feeling better.
Spring has come to Tennessee- fabulous! I am sure your tomato plants appreciated Mary's sacrifice of television.
After this long cold winter I could look at pretty spring pictures all day
In the store I notice all of the wommen are up . The day is certainly tiring for them .
I am glad Mary feels better .
Is it not beautiful this iris flower still half in its enceloppe ?
In friendship

I can see why you said breaking out. so nice that spring is here.
You say Fiesta instead of Siesta?
I think you'll remember Meatloaf and his songs. Rock and Roll
Your trees & flowers are so pretty... our spring is finally coming here, too... but the trees are still bare, & not too many flowers yet. Your garage/office is nice. Love the white with the red trim!
I'm glad to hear that Mary is doing better.
In your last post the tamales & plantains sure do look yummy!!
Your post sure looks like Spring--the flowers and photography is beautiful.
Nice job.
