breathing in
With both my leg-braces on, had to ask Mary to help me up from the toilet this morning.
Light rain, on and off, all day.
Sausage Egg McMuffins and coffees for breakfast.
Dr. Ralph F. Hamilton
Mary had a 10:30 am with her ophthalmologist, Dr. Hamilton, in Columbia. Went smoothly.
Back home for lunch: Goulash, tomato and a steamer of rice with vegetables. Avocado on the side. Apple and pear appetizers.
All the air has been let out of me. I feel that I could rest if only I didn't have to breath in ever so often.
76.7 °F, mostly cloudy.

I get ham on my McMuffins when I get one. It reminds me of what my mother used to call "Mommy McMuffins", as she made her own for us at home. She would cut both ends off a tuna can to use as a cookie cutter for the ham, and then put it into the frypan, and break the egg inside the circle so it would be a nice round egg to fit on the english muffin, which she slightly toasted and buttered. Add a slice of cheese and voila!
I am sorry you were having difficulties today.
So sorry to hear that breathing is difficult today and that you are having mobility issues. I hope tomorrow is better... I blame the weather - cold and damp here.
ps: Couldn't see the image.
Hang in there
Hope it works out better tomorrow. The change of seasons is always a hard row.
I wish for you a better health soon especially for your breath . It is hard for you at times .
All of my support, John.
In friendship
Michel
Hopefully today will be a better day for you!
