Leah managed to distract us for a few hours today.
A pause in the action.
Salmon for lunch, with stewed acorn squash, steamed okra and - Mary's idea - both zipper cream field peas and green peas.We finally got Leah to sleep, when both Denise and Robert came for her. Doh.

such a lovely meal ~ have never had steamed okra, only fried ~ and never heard of zipper cream field peas! What ARE they??
Looks yummy - I say you can never have too many peas! I almost bought okra at the store but decided that $2.89 a pound was a little too rich for me.
I can readily tell the field peas from the green. Okra is always a winner.
The salmon looks wonderful!
