  • new theory

Weighed in at 118. I've lost two more pounds.

First day I could face food or the office.

Cod fish for lunch, with stewed acorn squash and steamed asparagus. It tasted good.

New theory. Some kind of allergy is causing a steady and continual post nasal drip. It's fine enough I hardly notice it. This would also explain not only the bronchitis but the soreness in the back of my upper throat and the day, after a night of swallowing sinus drainage, my stomach was really messed up. I have begun taking some of Mary's Allegra.

I hope I get over this before the antibiotic plays out.

  • I had to break down and visit the doctor today ~ allergies have slammed me with a bacterial sinus infection ~ not fun! I've read that the pollen counts are going to be extremely high this year after the very bad winter ~ go figure! Get well soon ~

  • hope you get to feeling better.

you and I need to exchange wts. I'm 5'4 and 155 lbs.

I have allergies and use something similar called Nasonex nasal spray

  • Sorry to hear it! It is allergy season though.

  • Glad to see you back, John. Hope your area wasn't threatened by the tornadoes.

  • Hope you feel better soon. Without my Allegra every day, I'd be a mess!

  • Don't get too thin, a little fat on the body is a necessity to pad internal organs and have things function normally.
I am sorry you are having nasal drainage and all the related issues. That is what I had Easter weekend, along with a migraine. I felt a mess, drained, and yes the sore throat and stomach issues are like,my related symptoms. As long as your secretions are clear, it should just be allergies, but if it turns green, there is an infection somewhere. I hope you get well soon.
