Feeling much better.
George and Anna brought Leah this morning.
Tilapia, green peas, turnip, plantain and carrots for lunch. Avocado on the side. Apple and pear appetizers.Mary was busy keeping Leah from taking apart the Nativity scene and Christmas tree. I was Mary's eyes and ears while she was in the kitchen, etc.
Denise picked up Leah.
Deborah called. The carpenter began tearing out her kitchen floor today.
50.4 °F, overcast.

Playing with the Christmas ornaments would have been my youngest brother's calling, had I not been so vigilant with guarding the tree, on which we oldest siblings had worked so hard to decorate. Like Mary, my mother had plenty to do besides keep him away from mischief.
Leah sound like she is keeping you on your toes! Sparky is putting up the tree as I type this!
You keep doing this to me--your food is amazing.
explain plantain to me ~
It's similar to a banana, but not so sweet. Much used in cooking.
